Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month (As per experience & industry norms)

Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Experience Required:

Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in placements, industry relations, or student coordination.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesIndustry Engagement & Placement Activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, industries, and corporate partners.
Coordinate with companies for placement drives, interviews, internships, and recruitment activities.
Acquire recent hiring partners through effective presentations, meetings, and proposals.
Conduct local outreach and travel within the assigned region for industry connect activities.

Student Coordination & Support
Guide and support students regarding placement opportunities, interview preparation, and career pathways.
Coordinate student interviews, assessments, and placement-related documentation.
Maintain regular communication with students and employers to ensure smooth placement processes.

Target Achievement
Achieve monthly placement and employer engagement targets assigned by the organization.
