System Test Engineer
, you will play a critical role in validating next-generation embedded automotive systems that power connected mobility. You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, reliable, and scalable product performance for cutting-edge automotive solutions.

Our Team
You will be part of the
Connected Mobility Solutions (CMS)
engineering team at Molex, focused on developing cutting-edge automotive technologies such as in-vehicle networking, infotainment, and advanced connectivity systems. The team works collaboratively across geographies, partnering closely with design, development, and manufacturing groups to deliver world-class solutions.

What You Will Do
Drive system-level validation of embedded automotive products, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance with requirements
Design and execute comprehensive system and integration test strategies aligned to product needs
Develop and expand automation frameworks using scripting languages such as Python and CAPL




Collaborate with global engineering teams to review requirements, debug issues, and improve product quality
Analyze complex test results, identify defects early, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Build and maintain traceability and testing processes in alignment with Automotive SPICE standards
Contribute to continuous improvement of test methodologies and automation capabilities

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics & Communications, Computer Science, or related field
8–12 years of experience in embedded system/software testing, including system-level validation
Hands-on experience with test automation using Python and scripting languages such as CAPL or Perl
Solid understanding of embedded systems, including both hardware and software aspects
Experience working with automotive communication protocols such as CAN and LIN
