We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations while ensuring financial compliance and supporting strategic business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
Oversee the complete accounting function of the organization.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital.
Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Accounting & Compliance
Ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely closure of accounts.
Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and all statutory compliances.
Coordinate internal and statutory audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain proper financial records and documentation.
Reporting & MIS
Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Present financial reports and business insights to senior management.
Develop dashboards and financial performance reports.
Support management in strategic financial decision-making.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Monitor vendor payments and receivables.
Reconcile bank statements and customer/vendor accounts.
Ensure timely invoicing and collections.
Manage expense approvals and payment schedules.
Team Management
Lead and mentor the Accounts team.
Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
Coordinate with HR, Operations, Procurement, and Clinical teams.
Improve accounting processes and internal controls.
Process Improvement
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
