ROLE OVERVIEW
The Client Advisor - Residential will be responsible for understanding client requirements, curating suitable residential property options, coordinating property viewings, and assisting clients through the entire purchase journey.
The role combines office-based advisory work from TSDN's premium skilled office with client meetings, property viewings, property inspections, and in office interactions across Pune. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, developers, homeowners, and other stakeholders while delivering a refined advisory experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand client requirements, lifestyle preferences, family needs, and investment objectives.
Curate and recommend suitable residential properties across Western Pune.
Coordinate and conduct property viewings with professionalism and preparation.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and property owners.
