Role Overview

We're looking for a highly motivated professional who can seamlessly manage both
Business Development
and
Project Management
. This role involves identifying recent business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert high-quality leads into long-term clients.
Conduct meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand business needs.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates.




Build and maintain solid relationships with Canadian clients.
Manage end-to-end execution of branding, marketing, video production, and digital marketing projects.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, marketers, and developers to ensure timely project delivery.
Track project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and revisions.
Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through proactive communication and project management.
Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services.
Maintain organized documentation and internal project workflows.

Requirements
Good spoken and written
English.
Candidates
must be based in Kerala (Other States are also considerable)
.
Previous experience in Business Development, Project Management, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote workplace.
