Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts cum Store Incharge to manage day-to-day accounting activities along with store and inventory operations. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in accounts, storekeeping, or warehouse management and possess valuable organizational and record-keeping skills.

Key Responsibilities :
Maintain daily accounting records and prepare vouchers.
Handle purchase and sales entries
Maintain stock registers and inventory records.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate material receipts and issues.
Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
Ensure proper storage and organization of materials.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding inventory requirements.
Prepare inventory and accounts-related reports as required.




Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field is preferred.
2–3 years of experience in accounts, storekeeping, or warehouse management.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP is an advantage).
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications).
Location: KINFRA Apparel Park, Kazhakkoottam

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
