Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality workmanship, and manage day-to-day site operations. The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor construction quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project managers.
Plan and monitor labour, materials, and equipment requirements.
Verify measurements and maintain site records.
Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.




Ensure timely completion of work as per the project schedule.
Identify and resolve on-site technical issues.
Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
15 years of experience in residential or commercial construction.
Positive knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office is preferred.
Robust communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites within Bengaluru.
