Job Description Summary:

Support PMO and digital transformation for capital projects in metals mining. You will build schedules, dashboards, reports, and digital toolchains (e.g., 5D BIM, drone/LiDAR progress, IoT geo-fencing, GenAI report assistants) to improve visibility, predictability, and control across scope, time, cost, risk, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities:

A. PMO Execution
Maintain work plans and look ahead schedules; update progress, logic ties, and milestones in Primavera/MS Project .
Run EVM calculations (CPI/SPI); cost/schedule variance analysis; prepare management reports.
Support risk registers , mitigation tracking, and safety audit follow-ups; assist in compliance documentation.

B. Procurement Vendor Performance




Track material delivery performance ; maintain vendor scorecards and expediting logs.
Support bid evaluations, contract change requests, and documentation.

C. Digital/AI Enablement
Build Power BI/Tableau dashboards (time, cost, risk, quality, safety, regulatory).
Assist BIM coordinators with 5D BIM linkages (quantities, cost/schedule) and model reviews.
Operate drone/LiDAR progress workflows (with supervision), assist in computer vision checks for site safety.
Run IoT + geo-fencing material tracking dashboards; flag exceptions (route deviation, dwell breaches).
