We are looking for an experienced
HR Recruiter with a mandatory healthcare recruitment background
. The candidate must have proven experience in hiring
Doctors, Nurses, Clinical Managers, and other healthcare professionals
and will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle while ensuring timely closure of critical healthcare positions.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for General Physicians, Specialist Doctors, Nurses, Clinical Managers, and allied healthcare staff.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, hospitals, and qualified healthcare networks.
Conduct initial screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of healthcare professionals.
Ensure timely closure of positions while meeting hiring targets.
Manage offer rollouts, follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
Requirements
Healthcare recruitment background is mandatory.
2–5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment.
Proven experience in hiring
Doctors and Nurses is mandatory.
Robust sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to close positions within defined timelines.
Experience working with hospitals, healthcare startups, clinics, or healthcare staffing firms will be preferred.
