Manage architectural design and planning for real estate projects.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams.
Review drawings and ensure compliance with building regulations.
Obtain statutory approvals and resolve site-related design issues.
Monitor project quality, timelines, and consultant deliverables.
Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and Project Management teams.
Skills Required:
Robust knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and construction drawings.
Experience in residential/commercial real estate projects.
Valuable communication, coordination, and project management skills.
