Key Responsibilities
Perform analysis and design of RCC and steel structures using structural engineering software such as ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, and other relevant design tools.
Design structural components including columns, beams, slabs, foundations, and steel members in accordance with project requirements.
Prepare and review structural design calculations and ensure compliance with applicable design standards.
Review and verify structural drawings for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams to resolve design-related issues.
Ensure all structural designs comply with relevant Indian Standards (IS Codes) and statutory requirements.
Assist in optimizing structural designs for safety, economy, and efficiency.
Provide technical support during project execution and address site-related design queries when required.
Required Skills
Proficiency in ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SECURE, and other structural analysis/design software.
Solid knowledge of RCC and steel structure design principles.
Good understanding of Indian Standard (IS) Codes related to structural engineering.
Ability to interpret and review structural drawings and design documents.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
