Job Requirements*
Solid knowledge of end-to-end Hardware Asset Management processes.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro.
Experience in hardware procurement, deployments, refreshes, and recoveries.
Proven experience conducting hardware asset audits.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities*
Manage the complete hardware asset lifecycle including request, procurement, receipt, deployment, maintenance, refresh, recovery, and disposal.
Perform hardware procurement activities and ensure alignment with Finance and Procurement.
Coordinate deployments, refresh programs, recoveries, and secure disposals.
Maintain and enhance ServiceNow HAM Pro, CMDB, ITSM, and Procurement integrations.
Conduct periodic hardware asset audits and support compliance requirements.
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for leadership.
Collaborate with IT Operations, Service Desk, Security, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
