We are looking for a detail-oriented and effective Data Entry Intern to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in company systems and databases.
Key Responsibilities
Visit vendor locations that have already been onboarded by the marketing team.
Coordinate with vendors to collect information related to their products and services.
List and upload vendor products and services accurately in the application.
Ensure all information provided by vendors is entered correctly and completely.
Verify product and service details and make necessary updates or corrections when required.
Maintain accurate records of vendor products, services, and related information in the system.
Review listings regularly to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or missing information.
Ensure timely completion of product and service onboarding activities.
Maintain confidentiality of company and vendor information.
Generate and submit activity reports to supervisors as required.
Required Qualifications
Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline
Positive knowledge of MS Office packages, especially MS Word and MS Excel
Typing speed of at least 100 words per minute
Valuable communication skills in English (both written and oral)
Basic computer knowledge and internet handling skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good organizational and time-management skills
