Job Location - Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing & managing agreements (License Agreements, Vendor Contracts, Renewals, Clients Agreements).
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, registrations, and business policies.
Maintaining legal records and trackers related to agreements, disputes, and renewals.
Coordinating with advocates for notices, documentation, and case follow-ups.




Supporting due-diligence processes, internal audits, and statutory documentation.
Handling queries related to client onboarding, security deposits, and contractual obligations.
Managing confidential documents with discretion.

Required Skills & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate in Law (LLB/LLM).
2–5 years of experience in legal/contract management (co-working/real estate preferred).
Robust drafting & comprehension skills.
Basic understanding of commercial laws and contract law.
Good communication skills—written & verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
