Role Overview

We seek a proactive MBA graduate specializing in Marketing to join our team as a Business Development Executive. You will spearhead client acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth for our BIM services. This role demands strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and a passion for the construction-tech sector.

Key Responsibilities




Identify and target new clients (contractors, architects, real estate firms) for BIM solutions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitor insights.
Build and nurture client relationships through meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Collaborate with technical teams to tailor proposals and ensure client satisfaction.
Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.

Requirements
MBA in Marketing
0–2 years of experience in B2B sales/business development (freshers with solid internships may apply).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical services (BIM/construction knowledge is a plus).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joining mandatory (within 15 days).
