Urgent opening for Assistant Manager Tool Room at Noida
We have an immediate hiring for our client for Assistant Manager – Tool Room.
Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Job Description:
Oversee the daily operations of the Tool Room and ensure timely availability of tools for production.
Supervise the maintenance, repair, and modification of Molds, dies, jigs, fixtures, and other tooling.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance to maximize tool life and minimize production downtime.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Lead and guide the Tool Room team to achieve production and quality targets.
Troubleshoot tooling issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor tool inventory and coordinate procurement of tooling consumables and spare parts.
Maintain tool room records, maintenance logs, and related documentation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce tooling costs.
