About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Purchase Manager to lead our procurement function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring cost-effective, timely supply of goods while upholding quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic purchasing plans aligned with company objectives
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to achieve cost savings
Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders through to delivery
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores to prevent stockouts
Liaise with Sales, Accounts, Operations, and Warehouse teams for demand planning
Build and maintain robust vendor relationships; conduct periodic performance reviews
Ensure on-time delivery of materials and resolve supply chain bottlenecks
Analyze market trends, pricing, and identify cost-reduction opportunities
Maintain accurate procurement records and generate MIS reports for management




Ensure full compliance with company procurement policies and SOPs

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or related field
3–5 years of proven experience in purchasing/procurement.
Solid negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills
Hands-on experience with inventory management and procurement software
Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems
Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
