Main Purpose of Job:

To assist and support Service Advisors with the arrangement of vehicles at customer reception. Arrange & park all customer’s appointment/collection vehicles and assist workshop vehicles with Workshop Controllers/Supervisors.

To support moving vehicles for repair vehicles.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate with the Service Advisor and Workshop Controller in tracking/monitoring/facilitating vehicle movement.
Guides customers to park safely and show customers the way to service reception.
Assist to Places floor paper mats and seat covers including steering wheel protection on the vehicle at service reception, and/or during collection/ delivery
To Support drives/handing over vehicles to the service advisor, parking lot, workshop, etc.
Supporting when picking up / delivery of the vehicle (Management approval only)



to sign all necessary documents for Service Advisors with customers.
Provides & prepare customer vehicles for pick up in front of the service center at the end of the service process.
Assist in movement of vehicle between multiple service/repair sites.
Any other ad-hoc assignment that may be tasked from time to time.

Requirement:
Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
Valuable driving record with secure driving practices.
Comfortable driving different makes and models of vehicles, including premium vehicles.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and willing to work in a workshop workplace.
Responsible, punctual and customer service-oriented.
