Responsibilities
Handle incoming WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone inquiries.
Explain photography packages to clients.
Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings.
Schedule client meetings and video calls.
Maintain lead records in Excel or a CRM.
Coordinate with the photography team after bookings.
