Role Description

This is a full-time, in office
Real Estate Sales Manager
role based in
Ludhiana
. The role is responsible for driving sales of residential and commercial projects, managing the sales pipeline, achieving revenue targets, and expanding business across Ludhiana and nearby markets.

Key responsibilities include generating and converting leads, conducting site visits and client presentations,



closing sales, managing channel partners, coordinating with marketing and CRM teams, monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will also lead the sales team and represent

Roles & Responsibilities
Proven experience in
real estate sales mandatory
, preferably in residential and commercial property sales.
Strong understanding of the Punjab real estate market, property transactions, and customer buying behaviour.
Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in handling direct sales, channel partner sales, and lead conversion.
Excellent customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline (preferred).
