Key Responsibilities

Client Management
Manage VIP client relationships through calls and emails.
Maintain records of client interactions in CRM.
Coordinate watch servicing appointments and customer communication.

Recent Business
Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Maintain lead records in CRM.
Represent the brand at roadshows in Delhi, Mumbai.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in a corporate workplace.
Experience in client relationship management.
Excellent written and spoken English and robust phone etiquette.
Strong conversational skills and ability to build rapport.
Experience using CRM tools and spreadsheets.

Preferred Background
Premium banking, luxury hospitality.
Experience managing HNI clients or selling to international markets (US/UK).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
