About the Role:

Tectra Technologies is looking for a creative and talented
Graphic Designer & 3D Motion Designer
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a robust eye for design, expertise in creating engaging static and motion graphics, and experience in developing high-quality 3D animations for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and branding projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Design creative graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
Create engaging 2D and 3D motion graphics, animations, and promotional videos.
Develop product animations, logo reveals, explainer videos, and visual effects.
Design high-quality creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual content.
Edit videos and enhance them with motion graphics for reels, YouTube videos, and promotional campaigns.




Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and AI-powered design tools.
Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills:
1–2 years of qualified experience
as a Graphic Designer and Motion Designer.
Solid proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop
.
Hands-on experience with
Adobe Illustrator
.
Expertise in
Adobe After Effects
for motion graphics and animation.
Experience with
Adobe Premiere Pro
for video editing.
Knowledge of
Blender, Cinema 4D, or Autodesk Maya
for 3D modeling and animation.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.
Ability to create high-quality 3D animations, visual effects, and engaging motion content.
Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is an added advantage.
Excellent creativity, communication, and time management skills.
