Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and result-oriented Senior Manager – Sales to lead and drive the sales function for our residential and commercial real estate projects in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets while building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
Generate leads through channel partners, brokers, digital platforms, referrals, and direct sales initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, brokers,



and business associates.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations to successfully close sales.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in Dehradun and surrounding regions.
Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and submit periodic MIS reports to management.
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, finance, and project teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, company policies, and documentation processes.
Analyze competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences to recommend effective sales strategies.
Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and evaluate sales executives and channel partners.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
