About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and highly networked Corporate Sales professional to drive sponsorship revenue and strategic brand partnerships across IIFA's portfolio of intellectual properties, including:
IIFA Awards
IIFA Utsavam
IIFA Connex
IIFA Honors
IIFA Green Room (Podcast)

The ideal candidate should have robust relationships with corporate decision-makers, experience in selling sponsorships for live events or media properties, and the ability to create innovative brand integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire recent corporate sponsors across multiple industry sectors.
Build and maintain robust relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, Corporate Communications, CSR, and Leadership teams.
Develop integrated sponsorship proposals aligned with clients' marketing and business objectives.




Drive end-to-end sponsorship sales—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closure, and post-event relationship management.
Collaborate with internal creative, marketing, production, and client servicing teams to develop compelling sponsorship concepts.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging sponsorship opportunities.
Represent IIFA at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings.
Support the development of new sponsorship assets and year-round IPs.

Desired Candidate Profile
5–8 years
of experience in Corporate Sales, Sponsorship Sales, Brand Partnerships, or Business Development.
Strong network within India's corporate ecosystem with demonstrated access to key marketing decision-makers.
