GenAI Technical Architect Pune · Full Time · Hybrid

About the Role We are seeking a Hands-on AI Solutions Architect with strong experience in Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and enterprise-scale AI deployments. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, drive solution architecture, and lead the implementation of production-ready AI solutions. The candidate should have practical experience designing, building, and deploying AI applications, along with a strong understanding of data engineering, cloud platforms, and up-to-date AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities




Design and implement enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions.
Architect and optimize RAG, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval systems.
Drive technical design, architecture decisions, and implementation best practices.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Lead the deployment of AI solutions into production environments and address operational challenges.
Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance across AI initiatives.

Requirements
Have 12+ years of experience in relevant fields.
Possess solid hands-on experience with Python and contemporary AI frameworks.
Have experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
Have knowledge of Graph RAG, Neo4j, vector search, and hybrid retrieval approaches.
Have experience with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or similar orchestration frameworks.
