We are looking for a energetic and experienced Marketing Trainer to train, mentor, and develop the marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for designing training programs, improving marketing skills, and ensuring the team is updated on the latest marketing strategies, tools, and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct marketing training sessions for recent and existing employees.
Develop training materials, presentations, and learning modules.
Train the team on branding, sales techniques, customer engagement, digital marketing, and market research.
Assess trainees performance and provide coaching and feedback.
Organize workshops, role-plays, and practical learning activities.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and incorporate them into training programs.
Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs.
Maintain training records and prepare progress reports.
Pay: From ₹10,063.64 per month
