Build India’s Largest Biomass Supply Network for Industrial Energy

We are looking for a
seasoned Biomass Procurement Leader
who has already built robust ground-level sourcing networks across India and can ensure
uninterrupted biomass supply for large-scale briquette manufacturing operations
.

This is NOT a desk procurement role --- This is a
network-driven, field-intensive leadership role
for professionals who already work deeply within the
agri-residue / biomass ecosystem of India
.

What You Will Lead:
End-to-end
biomass procurement & aggregation strategy
Multi-state sourcing of
agri-residues (cotton stalk, mustard stalk, bagasse, groundnut shell, sawdust, etc.)
Development of a robust
farmer–FPO–aggregator–trader ecosystem
Annual & seasonal
supply continuity planning
Large-volume procurement operations (




500–5,000+ MT/month
)
Vendor performance & pricing optimization
Logistics coordination for pan-India inward supply chain

Who We Are Looking For:

You are ideal if you have:
8–15+ years in
biomass / agri-residue / biofuel / pellet / briquette industry
Robust
on-ground sourcing network across multiple states
Experience handling
large-volume commodity procurement
Direct exposure to
farmers, FPOs, aggregators, traders
Strong negotiation skills in
volatile agri-commodity markets
Knowledge of
biomass quality parameters (moisture, ash, calorific value)

Preferred Background (Big Advantage):

Experience in organizations like:
Reliance Industries ecosystem
Biofuel & renewable energy companies
Agri-residue trading / biomass aggregation firms
Pellet / briquette manufacturers
Agri supply chain / rural procurement networks
