Role & responsibilities
Develop and review concept designs, GA layouts, detailed assemblies, and part drawings in AutoCAD or SolidWorks for R&D; products.
Modify and improve existing equipment designs for enhanced performance and reliability.
Perform design calculations for current machine development and prepare BOMs for purchase and manufacturing.
Select and specify suitable components (materials, actuators, motors, gearboxes, bearings, etc.).
Coordinate with vendors for development, specifications, and quality compliance.
Prepare and maintain design documentation, including design programs, BOMs, O&M; manuals, QAPs, and bought-out specifications.
Conduct quality checks of drawings and technical documents.
Design and development of R&D; products.
Review and release of fabrication drawings, inspections, trials.

Preferred candidate profile
Robust technical foundation and self-motivated attitude.
Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Robust ability to review technical drawings, with knowledge of GD&T; and drafting standards.

Effective communication, presentation, planning, and time management skills
