Job Title: Recruitment Executive (Part time)

Mandatory- English Fluency

Location: Pal RTO, Adajan, Surat
Timing: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have prior recruitment experience and be confident in sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases.




Post job openings on various hiring platforms.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, Naukri, etc.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Solid organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
