Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Artificial Intelligence Engineer role based in the Pune District. The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will design, implement, and optimize machine learning models and AI pipelines that power real-time expressive avatars and interactive agents. Responsibilities include researching and prototyping recent algorithms, building production grade software components, integrating models and collaborating closely with product.





Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science with experience in Software Development for production-grade systems
Hands-on expertise in model training and fine-tuning
Practical experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and conversational AI models
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for AI (e.g., Python, C++), and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Knowledge of edge computing, performance optimization, and real-time systems is highly beneficial
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Ability to work collaboratively in an in office setting, communicate clearly, and contribute to cross-functional problem solving.
