The Accountant-cum-Office Assistant is an entry-level dual-responsibility role designed for motivated freshers. This position combines fundamental bookkeeping with day-to-day administrative operations. Data Entry: Record daily financial transactions, expenses, and ledger entries accurately into systems.

Documentation: Sort, verify, and archive physical receipts, purchase orders, and bank statements.

Office Administration Responsibilities
File Management: Establish and maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
Front-Office Support: Manage incoming telephone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.

Eligibility & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com, BBA) or a related field with strong accounting fundamentals.
Experience: 0 to 1 year (Comprehensive training will be provided to selected candidates).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (specifically MS Excel and Word) is required. Familiarity with accounting software like Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks is a strong advantage.
