Zorvia Healthcare Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Business Development Manager (ABDM) to lead our sales operations in the assigned territory. The ABDM will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of sales specialists, and building solid relationships with healthcare professionals and distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Business Growth
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Forecast sales and monitor performance to achieve business objectives.
Identify market opportunities, current customers, and expansion potential.

Team Leadership & Management
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Medical Representatives.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and development for team members.
Motivate and drive the team to achieve targets while ensuring alignment with company strategy.





Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals (doctors, hospitals, KOLs).
Manage distributor and channel partner relations to ensure consistent product availability and growth.
Organize and drive customer engagement programs (CME, seminars, product trainings).

Market Intelligence & Reporting
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to guide strategy.
Regularly submit sales, forecast, and activity reports to senior management.
Monitor budget, plan territory-wise expenditures, and ensure ROI.

Compliance & Operational Execution
Ensure all sales and promotional activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Coordinate with supply chain/distribution teams for inventory management, timely deliveries, and order fulfilment.

Required Candidate Profile

Education:
Graduation
