As a Maintenance Technician you will be carrying out routine and preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections of cutting ,forging and threading machines at the project site .The role ensures smooth operations, compliance with safety standards, and minimal down time for thread production activities.

Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections and servicing of site equipment (rebar, cutting, forging and threading machines).
Perform repairs and trouble shoot electrical, mechanical issues.
Monitor, operate, and maintain machinery used in office.
Keep accurate records of maintenance schedules and service logs
Ensure proper storage and safe handling of tools and materials.
Follow safety protocols and use PPE at all times.
Assist in risk assessments and hazard reporting.
Ensure maintenance work complies with project and statutory safety standards.




Report maintenance needs and break downs promptly to supervisors.
Work closely with contractors ,vendors ,and other site teams.
Maintain explicit and updated maintenance records

COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS
Ability to read and understand technical manuals and safety guidelines.
Solid trouble shooting skills and attention to detail.
Physically fit for site work and willing to work extended hours if required.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

Educational Background : ITI/ Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical

Work Experience : 2–5 years’ experience in site machine maintenance (infrastructure/ construction project preferred).

Language known English and Hindi spoken is a must.
