We do not look for mere coders; we seek a product-minded engineer capable of translating complex business requirements into minimalist, high-converting digital assets. You will be instrumental in building the backbone of our agency’s proprietary client projects, from bespoke e-commerce builds to automated internal operating systems.

Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Development: Architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using a up-to-date tech stack.
Performance Optimization: Implement "less is more" design principles; ensure every build is lightweight, fast-loading, and conversion-optimized.
Integration: Build seamless workflows between front-end interfaces and back-end services, with a heavy emphasis on automation (Odoo, custom APIs, CRM integrations).
Technical Versatility: Rapidly adapt to current frameworks, libraries, or legacy codebases.

Code Integrity: Write clean, documented, and maintainable code. We value transparency and high standards over "hacky" fixes.

Technical Requirements
Core Backend: Expert-level proficiency in Python. Experience with framework-agnostic backend architecture.
Core Frontend: Deep mastery of Vanilla JavaScript (ES6+) and React. You should be able to build high-end UI components without relying on bloated dependencies.
Polyglot Mindset: You possess strong engineering fundamentals that allow you to pick up any language, database, or tool as the project requires (e.g., PHP for WordPress/Shopify hooks, SQL for data management, etc.).
Workflow: Solid grasp of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
Agency Experience: Ability to deliver "editorial-luxury" aesthetics through technical execution. You understand how UI/UX decisions directly impact CRO metrics.
