JOB TITLE: IT Platform Analyst SAP SCM MM/WM

Roles and responsibilities
Translates business requirements into user stories and Functional Requirement Specifications in accordance with approved IT Architecture.
Assist in mapping the requirements into SAP Processes and design the solutions.
Lead and manage SAP MM/WM projects from initiation to post-implementation support, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, to gather business requirements and design SAP MM/WM solutions that align with organizational goals.
knowledge of SAP SD/LE module is a must for this Profile.
Conduct detailed analysis of existing supply chain processes and systems to identify gaps and prospects for process optimization and automation.
Configure and customize SAP MM/WM modules to meet business requirements, including material master data management, purchasing, inventory management, goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, and physical inventory.




Define and implement warehouse structures, including storage types, storage sections, storage bins, and storage unit management, to optimize warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
Perform data migration activities, including data extraction, cleansing, and transformation, to ensure smooth transition from legacy systems to SAP MM/WM.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate the functionality and performance of SAP MM/WM solutions.
Customize and develop the SAP-system in a project, supported by experts.
Knowledge of Integration with other SAP modules and third-party System (Material master/Transactional data).
Configuration changes based on requirements of Project with change in business processes.
Knowledge of Agile and DevSecOps.
