Sr. Consultant PM / BA (Policy Guidelines Functional) Role Overview

This role acts as the operational backbone of governance, ensuring consistent, scalable, and productive execution while enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities. The position translates governance policies into actionable controls and drives adoption across AI and data use cases.

Role Purpose

Own and drive execution of data governance policies by:
Converting policies into enforceable controls
Embedding governance into delivery workflows
Ensuring consistent adoption across projects

Key Responsibilities Governance Risk Control
Lead governance reviews for AI/Data use cases covering risk, compliance, and ethics
Enforce Responsible AI and data governance standards across initiatives
Manage approvals, decision logs, and audit readiness
Act as escalation point for governance risks and queries
Provide risk-based decision support and drive accountability across teams

Policy-to-Practice Conversion
Translate policies into frameworks, guardrails, and control mechanisms




Integrate governance into delivery lifecycles
Continuously improve governance processes based on identified gaps
Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment

Business Risk Advisory
Advise stakeholders across AI, data, product, legal, and security teams
Provide subject matter expertise for governance training and awareness
Support policy clarification through workshops and reviews

Metrics, Controls Reporting
Track governance KPIs, risks, and compliance trends
Identify systemic issues and recommend corrective actions
Support governance forums and leadership reporting

Key Skills Qualifications
5 7 years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, or consulting
Robust expertise in AI/ML risks and data governance
Proven experience in policy implementation and control design
Robust stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills
