Job Title: Sales Officer (FMCG)

Company: Pran Beverages India Pvt. Ltd.
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Locations: Tumkur, Gulbarga, Gadag, Bellary, Mandya

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and expand the distributor and retailer network within the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for FMCG products.
Build and maintain robust relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
Manage primary and secondary sales while ensuring timely collections from distributors.
Plan and execute promotional activities to increase product sales and brand awareness.
Track stock levels and coordinate with distributors to prevent stock shortages.
Prepare daily sales reports, market feedback,



and territory performance reports.
Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to implement sales strategies and achieve business objectives.

Required Skills
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Positive knowledge of FMCG sales operations and distribution management.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales is mandatory.
Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
