Job Description: PPC Executive

We are looking for a performance-driven PPC Executive to plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads for Makes360 clients across multiple industries.
The ideal candidate should be analytical, results-focused, and passionate about performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis
Write and optimize ad copies aligned with campaign goals
Manage budgets, bids, quality score, and overall campaign performance
Monitor key performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Implement and manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns
Track conversions using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and platform pixels
Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights
Coordinate with content, design, and strategy teams for ad creatives




Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices

Required Skills & Expertise
Hands-on experience with:
Google Ads
Meta Ads Manager
LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Solid understanding of:
Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
Conversion tracking and attribution
Knowledge of:
Remarketing & audience segmentation
Smart bidding strategies & funnel-based advertising
Robust analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously

KPIs & Performance Targets
Cost per Lead (CPL) / Cost per Acquisition (CPA) optimization
Improvement in ROAS and conversion rates
