Purpose of the Role
The Talent Acquisition Executive will independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle across the organization. The role requires taking complete ownership of manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, consultant management, and onboarding coordination. The incumbent will work with minimal supervision, proactively partner with hiring managers, drive recruitment strategies, maintain recruitment MIS, and ensure timely closure of positions while meeting quality and turnaround time (TAT) targets.

Key Responsibilities (Add/Modify)
Independently manage the complete recruitment function without day-to-day supervision.
Take complete ownership of manpower requirements from requisition approval to candidate onboarding.
Develop sourcing strategies for niche, technical, and lateral hiring.
Independently coordinate with department heads to understand hiring priorities and workforce planning.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Manage recruitment consultants, evaluate profile quality, and ensure timely profile submissions.
