Key Responsibilities:
Manage sales and execution across assigned DMart & Vishal Mega Mart stores.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure product availability.
Maintain shelf visibility, planogram compliance, and merchandising standards.
Coordinate with store teams and distributors for timely replenishment.
Execute promotions, recent product launches, and in-store activations.
Monitor competitor activities and submit regular sales reports.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of Up-to-date Trade sales experience in FMCG/Food.
Experience handling DMart and/or Vishal Mega Mart stores is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and MS Excel skills.
Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
