Inventory & Cost Control
Monitor stock levels of raw materials and packaging.
Place purchase requests as required.
Minimize wastage and control production costs.
Conduct regular inventory and stock audits.
Ensure proper storage of all materials.
Sales & Customer Service
Ensure excellent customer service.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Support sales growth through promotions and upselling.
Monitor daily sales and achieve revenue targets.
Financial Responsibilities
Prepare daily sales and cash reports.
Monitor expenses and control operational costs.
Ensure accurate billing and cash handling.
Coordinate with the accounts department when required.
Quality & Food Safety
Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations.
Monitor product freshness and shelf life.
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
Ensure all staff follow hygiene practices.
Administrative Duties
Maintain operational records and reports.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
Ensure all equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
Report maintenance issues promptly.
