Job Title: Quality Lead / Problem-Solving Expert

Experience:
12–18 Years

Industry Preference:
Semiconductor (Preferred), Automotive, Aerospace, Electronics, Medical Devices, Consumer Products.

Key Responsibilities
Lead high-visibility cross-functional problem-solving initiatives.
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for complex quality and manufacturing issues.
Apply structured methodologies such as 8D, A3, and Six Sigma, with proficiency in applying Quality tools for problem-solving.
Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, customer quality, and corporate teams.
Coach teams on selecting and using the right problem-solving tools.
Ensure sustainable corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Experience
12–18 years in Quality,



Manufacturing, Reliability, or Operational Excellence.
Robust expertise in structured problem-solving and root cause analysis.
Proven experience leading cross-functional investigations.
Deep knowledge of 8D, A3, Six Sigma, DMAIC, FMEA, Fishbone, and 5 Whys.
Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Semiconductor industry experience.
Background in Automotive, Aerospace, Medical Devices, or Electronics manufacturing.
Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt or ASQ certification.
