Technical Project Management: Project Planning, Timeline management, Deliveries & Quality Control, Resource Management, Project Cost Estimation & Budgetary Management
Lead Project Acquisitions, Project Initiations, Project Documentation, Audit Requirements Preparation, Reports & Project Closure Activities
Customer Meetings Drive, project status reviews, and reporting activities
Leading Team & Guide on Technical Aspects, Daily Project & Department Activities Management
What Were Looking For
10 to 12 years of relevant work experience (Mechanical / Automotive)
Experienced in technically leading / working on calibration development projects
Excellent knowledge of powertrain systems and sub-systems
Participation in customer discussion and updating the status on regularly
Customer Front Facing; Customer Project Management
Experience in working with Global OEMs
Experience in Stake Holder management, Cost Control, Project Planning
Experience in Test Vehicle Management as per the predefine procedure
Experience in Automation and tools development
Valuable Skills in Leading Teams & Day-to-day Project Activities
Valuable knowledge of developing engine management systems and testing techniques
Ability to use model-based calibration tools e.g. Uniplot, Cameo, ASCMO, AVL Puma, etc.
Ability to understand, interpret and evaluate numerical data
Knowledge of Modelling and Simulation techniques
Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems
Sound understanding of engine combustion processes and emissions formulation
Knowledge and experience INCA and ETAS tools.
Skilled in statistical testing techniques i.e. Design of Experiments (DoE)
