Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Generate leads, schedule follow-ups, and maintain customer relationships.
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
Record customer interactions and update CRM accurately.
Meet daily productivity, quality, and call handling targets.
Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned departments.
Ensure excellent customer experience during every interaction.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria Qualification: PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, BPO, Inside Sales, or Voice Process.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Knowledge of Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, or Malayalam will be an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Experience using CRM applications is preferred.
