We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Commi 1 to join our team in the Indian, Chinese, and South Indian cuisine kitchens. The ideal candidate will have excellent culinary skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibility
Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workplace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Prepare and cook various dishes, including starters, main courses, and desserts.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor inventory of food supplies and order ingredients as needed.
Develop new recipes and menus to keep culinary offerings fresh.

Job Requirements
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.




Solid knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
