Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :
Manage the complete inbound expatriate lifecycle for APAC region, covering assignment initiation, remuneration, compliance, Expat payroll input, coordination with Country Payroll team. End-to-end expatriate support while coordinating directly with Base Location HR & payroll team, Immigration Vendors, tax vendors, and local Authorities.

Infor Visit,




Assignment briefing and data collection
Contract preparation and contract letter preparation
Remuneration preparation
Sequential assignment handling
Training support (language & intercultural)

Compliance, Tax & Social Security
Exit & Entry tax meetings – coordination with tax vendor
Social security application (as applicable)

Visa, Immigration & Documentation
Guiding Employee to apply for right category of work permit/Visa.
Collection of documents for visa / work permit
Verification of visa documentation
Document handling and translation
Review of Local language lease agreements and guidance to expat
Registration in host country

Relocation & Insurance
Relocation services (flight booking, household goods move, etc.)
Global insurance for Assignee’s– recent enrollment, extension and shortening
Support with bank account opening in the Host Country by coordinating with Host HR team (post wo
