Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with domestic and international flight bookings.
Handle holiday packages, hotel reservations, visa assistance, and travel insurance.
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Provide accurate travel information and itinerary planning.
Maintain excellent customer service before and after booking.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners.
Keep records of bookings and customer information.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and email).
Prior experience in a travel agency is preferred but freshers with a passion for travel are welcome to apply.
Solid customer service and sales skills.
