We are hiring for a reputed Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company.

Location: Chandigarh, Haryana

Position: HR Generalist

Experience: 2–5 Years

Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (Mandatory)

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Employee documentation and HR records management
Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Employee engagement and grievance handling
Performance management support
HR policy implementation and statutory compliance
Coordination with plant and corporate teams
General HR operations and administration

Eligibility:




MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualificationz
Only candidates with prior Pharma.
Manufacturing experience will be considered.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,642.59 - ₹35,000.00 per month
