Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional with experience in both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and supporting overall HR processes.

The candidate should possess robust communication skills,



excellent stakeholder management abilities, and a data-driven approach to HR.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, social media, and other hiring channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
Draft, review, and update job descriptions in coordination with business stakeholders.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Participate in campus hiring, job fairs, recruitment
