The Front Office Executive is responsible for creating a positive first impression by welcoming visitors, handling front desk operations, managing communication, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office activities.
Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates professionally.

* Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.

* Respond to emails, WhatsApp messages, and online enquiries.

* Schedule appointments, interviews, and meetings.

* Maintain visitor records and front office registers.

* Coordinate with different departments for appointments and enquiries.

* Receive, sort, and distribute courier, mail, and documents.

* Maintain office files, records, and stationery inventory.

* Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.

* Support HR with interview scheduling and candidate coordination.





* Assist in preparing reports, letters, and office documents.

* Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks.

* Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.
